Private rooms, privates formula :  All our rooms are not smoking. Pet friendly : we accept little pets for free but please you have to communicate it in advance in order to have our authorization. Reductions for children : children aged under 9 can have discounts at Wiki, in order to have this reduction you need to book your private room just for the number of adults (kids aged 9&+ included) & you have to communicate the number & age of children (aged under 8) in the notes field at the time of your online booking or by e-mail to our booking centre. Here below more usefull infos if you think to book directly with us.

1) Contact our booking centre by mail or calling us : You can contact us by e-mail or by calling us, tell us your needs : the formulas of staying you need (private rooms or bed place in shared rooms), if you need meals (BB, HB, HB+, FB), the total number of the people you are (please if you have children and kids aged under 9 years old explain well how many they are and their age), the period of your staying, your contacts (mail and phone number).

2) Tell us how you want to send us the deposit for your reservation : In fact you can send us the deposit in different ways, as explained here below :

• Deposit by credit card authorization
• Deposit by bank
• Deposit by "vaglia postale" (just Italy & Swiss)

3) The deposit ammount : The total ammount of the deposit will be communicated to you by our booking centre at the same time of the total estimate for your booking. The ammount it is equal to the 1° night of your staying, for each room you are going to book.

4) The infos you need in order to send us the deposit : they are not available on line here on our web site, they will be communicate to you by our booking centre.

5) Deposit detraction : Obviously beacuse you have already paid the 1° night by deposit, this payment will be detracted from the total ammount of your staying. If you are going to stay just 1 night you will not have nothing to pay at the time of your check in at Wiki.

6) Payment of the remaining rate of your booking : The payment of the remaing rate of your booking (the total of your staying dectracted by the deposit) it has to be paid in advance (by credit card o bank money transfer) or at least at the time of the check in at Wiki (by cash, credit card, debit/atm).

This is our policy for private guests booking Wiki in all the available formulas of hospitality (privates or hostel).

Cancellation Policy for private guests (private or hostel formulas) : This policy defines how to handle cancellations or changes at Wiki.

• Cancellations :
  • Free cancellation or change (on time) : if cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (no penalty).
  • Penalty for late cancellation or change : if cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged (penalty=1 night ammount).
  • Penalty for no show : in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged (penalty=the total ammount of your booking).
• Reductions for children : discount for children aged under 9 ara available just if you made the booking in the right way by booking the room online just for the number of adults (kids aged 9&+ included), for complete infos about it just visit the menu "rates".
• Policy pets : Pet friendly : we accept little pets for free but please you have to communicate it in advance in order to have our authorization. We do not ask for extra charge, excepet in case of damages.
